Yesterday was a particularly joyous day. I've always been a unity kind of guy-togetherness was always better than separateness. I never saw an enemy in anyone I disagreed with-I saw someone I wanted to try and convince otherwise all the while knowing I never really was sure I knew enough about the world to be sure I was right enough to prevail about anything. I knew I had to be ready to be taught a lesson or two. As the sun set yesterday on yet another almost windless summer-like day in November, paddling in the warmth and tranquil gift from the Gods of Winter Reprieves, the shoreline reminded me that most of the answers lie somewhere in that irrefutable sweet spot of human nature, in the cradle of the in-between.
